In occasione di un podcast ai microfoni di VG247, il noto analista Michael Patcher sconvolge gli astanti con una vera e propria notizia bomba: è piuttosto probabile un imminente calo di prezzo della PlayStation 3. L'ardita supposizione si basa sul fatto che i retailer inglesi e giapponesi avrebbero per il momento terminato di rifornirsi di console PS3. Lo scopo sarebbe quello di smaltire le scorte in vista dell'imminente arrivo di un nuovo modello e quindi anche di un nuovo listino prezzi.

Tutto fila ed ha perfettamente senso, il problema è che non si tratta esattamente di una notizia fresca dato che queste considerazioni sono nell'aria ormai da settimane. Di certo il riassunto dell'analista americano ha il merito di chiarire in parole semplici la situazione a chi non l'avesse fino a questo momento del tutto afferrata.
Al limite, ora che il buon Michael ci ha messo lo zampino, non ci sarà da temere che il pricecut NON arrivi mai?
